Prepare your resume

A strong, role-tailored resume is the single highest-leverage artifact in tech recruiting. Draft multiple versions, iterate with coaches, and upgrade your bullets with AI.

(02)AI bullet upgrader

AI resume bullet upgrader for MBAs

Drop your resume into an LLM with the prompt below. You'll get MBA-level, quantified, role-aligned bullets in minutes.

(01)

Write your target role at the top of the chat

e.g., "I'm applying for PM internships."

(02)

Upload your resume as a PDF

The AI will rewrite your bullets in MBA-level recruiting language: clear, quantified, outcome-focused, and aligned to your role.

(03)Strategy checklist

Resume strategy checklist

Five things HTC members revisit every time they re-draft for a new target role.

(01)

Numbers are universal

Driving $80M of incremental revenue or 100K new MAUs is easy and quick to grade. Quantify everything you can.

(02)

Show your impact, not your task

Write what you accomplished, not what you were responsible for. "I led" beats "I was responsible for."

(03)

Less is more

Stick to one page. Take the time to be concise. Every word should earn its place.

(04)

Unconventional experience works

Open-source projects, side businesses, passion work. If you can explain the decisions and impact, it counts.

(05)

Build honest credibility

Avoid buzzwords. Showing how seemingly unrelated experience maps to the role builds a stronger story than filler keywords.

(04)Keyword toolkit

PM resume keyword toolkit

Scan your resume for these keywords before you submit. If you don't have them, find ways to embed them. Recruiters parse for signal fast, and the right language tells them you're a fit.
